Shipping & Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy. You may return items for a full refund, excluding shipping fees, within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened in the same package they were shipped in, along with all packing materials. We do not accept returns on opened items. If you are returning or exchanging an item because we shipped you the wrong item, we will be responsible for all shipping charges. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges if you are returning or exchanging an item for any other reason. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for every returned order. Please note if you are returning an item for a refund, please allow 7-10 business days for processing upon receipt of your returned item(s).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please allow up to 3-6 business days for your in-stock items to arrive (1 business day for processing and 2-6 business days for shipping). This shipping method is fully trackable.
