What condition are your items in?
All items sold at Not Just Toyz are brand new in their original packaging.
Are all items in mint condition?
Though all items are brand new, mint condition can not be guaranteed. We strive to ship all items in excellent packing to insure it arrives in the same condition as it was received.
Do you offer Pre-orders?
Yes, we accept Pre-Orders on some of our upcoming merchandise. Please review our Pre-Order Policy here for full details.
What are your shipping methods?
We ship through the following providers:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping via USPS Express & Priority Mail International.
How do you calculate shipping?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy. You may return items for a full refund, excluding shipping fees, within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same package they were shipped in, along with all packing materials. If you are returning or exchanging an item because we shipped you the wrong item, we will be responsible for all shipping charges. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges if you are returning or exchanging an item for any other reason. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for every returned order. Please note if you are returning an item for a refund, please allow 7-10 business days for processing upon receipt of your returned item(s).

Do you charge sales tax?
By law we must collect sales tax for all orders being shipped to Pennsylvania & Kansas.
