Certain U.S. state privacy laws give eligible residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including certain uses of personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Not Just Toyz does not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, some state privacy laws define “sale” and “sharing” more broadly. For example, the use of certain advertising cookies, pixels, identifiers, or audience technologies may be considered the sale or sharing of personal information even when no money is exchanged.
Where applicable, this may include information such as:
- Email address or other customer identifiers used for advertising measurement or audience services;
- Cookie or device identifiers;
- Browser or device information;
- Website activity and interactions; and
- Other information used to measure or personalize advertising.
How to Opt Out
You may submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by emailing:

To help us identify and process your request, please include:
- Your full name; and
- The email address associated with your Not Just Toyz account or orders.
We may request additional information if reasonably necessary to identify your records or verify the request. We will only request information appropriate for processing the request.
Browser-Based Opt-Out Signals
Where required by applicable law, Not Just Toyz recognizes qualifying Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with the browser or device sending the signal.
Because browser-based signals generally operate at the browser or device level, you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser or device you use.
Cookie & Advertising Preferences
You may also be able to manage certain advertising and cookie preferences through our Cookie Preferences tools.
Disabling certain advertising technologies may reduce personalization but will not necessarily prevent you from seeing advertisements.
What Happens After You Opt Out?
After an applicable opt-out request is processed, we will stop using or disclosing personal information for activities that are subject to the applicable right to opt out of sale or sharing, to the extent required by law.
An opt-out request does not prevent us from using personal information for purposes that remain permitted, including:
- Processing and fulfilling orders;
- Sending order confirmations, shipping notices, and other transactional communications;
- Providing customer service;
- Maintaining security and preventing fraud;
- Processing returns and refunds;
- Maintaining legally required business and transaction records; and
- Other purposes permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable law provides this right, Not Just Toyz will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
