From the 2003 San Diego ComicCon - Masters of the Universe Keldor (Skeletor, before he became Skeletor) designed by The Four Horsemen, and sold as an exclusive at the cons, this figure was available for purchase on a lottery basis. Figure comes with two alternative heads (regular, burning/transforming head, and Skeletor) and two weapons.
