Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return items for a refund within 30 days of receipt (shipping fees are non-refundable). Returned items must be unopened, in original condition, and include all original packaging and packing materials. We do not accept returns on opened items.

• Wrong item / Damaged on arrival: We cover all return shipping charges.
• All other returns/exchanges: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• RMA required: Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing cs@notjusttoyz.com before sending anything back.
• Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

How to start a return: If you have an account, log in, go to My Account → Completed Orders, choose the order, and click Return Item(s). We’ll email you when your return is processed.

Non-returnable items: Opened items, and in some cases clearance/final sale items (as marked on the product page).

Domestic U.S. Shipping (contiguous 48 states)

We ship Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays). In-stock orders typically ship within 1 business day. Delivery is usually 2–6 business days after shipment and is fully trackable. Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.

Rates are based on total shipment weight and destination. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Some products may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.

• Carrier: USPS Priority Mail International.
• Rates: Based on total shipment weight and destination.
• Duties/Taxes: Recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
