Payments & Orders

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • We also accept PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, and Venmo.
  • Digital wallet payments are available through Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available through Afterpay and Affirm.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
  • Applicable state, local, federal, and international taxes and fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized use of payment, pricing errors, or product availability issues.
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders unless otherwise specified.
  • We ship Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) within 24 hours of cleared payment.
  • All delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Before returning, obtain a return authorization by contacting us at cs@notjusttoyz.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping charges are refundable only if the wrong item was shipped or if the item arrived damaged.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Clearance or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
  • Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.
