What condition are your items in?+

All items sold at Not Just Toyz are brand new and come in their original packaging.

Are all items guaranteed to be mint condition?+

While all items are new, mint condition cannot be guaranteed. We package orders securely so products arrive in the same condition we received them.

Do you offer pre-orders?+

Yes! We accept pre-orders on select upcoming merchandise. Please review our Pre-Order Policy for complete details.

What shipping methods do you use?+

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we offer international shipping via USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International.

How do you calculate shipping?+

What is your return policy?+

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt (excluding shipping fees) if they’re in original packaging and condition.

If we ship the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping. Please request an RMA first at cs@notjusttoyz.com.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Affirm.

Do you charge sales tax?+
